Terms of Service

The framework for using Life at Sixty.

Effective date: 11 August 2026

Life at Sixty is operated by AEAMG PTY LTD in Australia.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Life at Sixty, including our websites, accounts, Seven Pillar System, member community, content, communications and related products and services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Life at Sixty, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account, purchase a subscription or continue using the services.

Life at Sixty is being developed as a personal reflection, awareness and decision-support platform.

It is designed to help you understand your own history, changes and patterns — not to make decisions for you.

WHO MAY USE LIFE AT SIXTY

Life at Sixty is intended for adults.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Life at Sixty is lawful in the place where you access or use the services.

When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and to keep relevant account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us promptly at admin @a eamg.com.

YOUR LIFE AT SIXTY ACCOUNT

Your Life at Sixty account provides access to the features and services made available to you from time to time.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Your account and membership are personal to you and should not be sold, transferred or shared with another person unless we expressly permit it.

Life at Sixty may introduce, modify or retire features as the platform develops.

Your personal history is intended to become more useful over time. Your continued access to particular features, however, remains subject to these Terms and the availability of the Life at Sixty service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some Life at Sixty features are available through a paid subscription.

The subscription price, billing frequency and features included will be displayed before you purchase. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise our payment service provider to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method at each billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Life at Sixty does not ordinarily store your complete payment card details.

Prices are displayed in the currency stated at the time of purchase. Where applicable, prices may include or be subject to taxes required by law.

We may change subscription pricing or the features included in a subscription from time to time. Where a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect where required.

You will not be charged a new subscription price merely because we changed it without first being given appropriate notice.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your paid subscription in accordance with the cancellation options made available through Life at Sixty or by contacting us at admin @ aeamg.com.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future recurring charges and your paid access will generally continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Cancelling a paid subscription does not necessarily delete your Life at Sixty account or your personal history.

Where your account remains available after cancellation, information associated with it may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may separately request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain by law.

Cancelling your subscription and deleting your account are separate actions.

REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are not automatically refundable merely because you change your mind or do not use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Where you are entitled to a refund, replacement, remedy or other right under applicable law, these Terms do not limit that entitlement.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or are entitled to a refund or other remedy, contact admin @ aeamg.com and we will review the matter.

SEVEN PILLAR SYSTEM

Life at Sixty includes tools designed to help you reflect on and record different areas of your life, including the Seven Pillar System.

The Seven Pillar System currently considers areas such as Breathe, Water, Food, Movement, Mental, Sleep and Purpose.

Scores, observations, patterns, trends, prompts and other information presented through the system are intended to support personal reflection and awareness.

They should not be interpreted as objective measurements of your health, wellbeing, fitness, psychological condition or future outcomes.

The usefulness of the system depends partly upon the information you choose to provide and the consistency with which you use it.

A score is an observation — not a diagnosis.

HEALTH AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Life at Sixty is not a medical, healthcare, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advisory service.

Information, scores, observations, patterns, educational material and other content provided through Life at Sixty are for general informational, educational and personal reflection purposes.

Life at Sixty does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions and should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or advice.

You should use your own judgement and seek appropriately qualified professional advice where your circumstances require it.

Do not disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking treatment or alter prescribed treatment solely because of information presented through Life at Sixty.

Life at Sixty is designed to help you notice and understand patterns. It is not designed to replace qualified professional judgement.

PERSONAL INSIGHTS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING

As Life at Sixty develops, we may introduce analytical technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to help identify changes, recurring patterns, relationships and other potentially useful observations within information you choose to provide.

These technologies may assist in personalising your Life at Sixty experience and making your historical information more useful to you.

Automated systems can make mistakes. Patterns, correlations, predictions, suggestions or other generated insights may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate to your particular circumstances.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based upon information presented through Life at Sixty.

We do not guarantee that artificial intelligence, machine learning or other analytical systems will identify every relevant pattern or that any identified pattern will predict future events or outcomes.

Our objective is not to build a generic profile of what someone your age should do.

It is to make your own history increasingly useful to you.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with these technologies is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

MEMBER COMMUNITY

Life at Sixty may provide access to private member communities, discussions, question-and-answer areas and other opportunities for members to interact.

Participation is voluntary.

Information you choose to post within a community may be visible to other members of that community. You should therefore consider carefully what personal information you choose to share.

Views, experiences, recommendations and other content posted by members represent those individual members and not necessarily Life at Sixty or AEAMG PTY LTD.

Life at Sixty does not verify or endorse every statement made by members.

The community exists for thoughtful discussion, shared experience and constructive participation — not professional diagnosis or advice.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT

When using Life at Sixty or participating in its community, you agree not to use the service to:

  • harass, threaten, abuse or deliberately intimidate another person;

  • publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or deliberately misleading material;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to another member's account or Life at Sixty systems;

  • introduce malicious software, interfere with security or deliberately disrupt the operation of the service;

  • scrape, systematically extract or harvest member information without permission;

  • use member information for unsolicited marketing, solicitation or other unauthorised commercial purposes;

  • infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights; or

  • use Life at Sixty for unlawful purposes.

We may moderate, restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect members, the platform or our legal obligations.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of access.

Membership does not give anyone the right to compromise the privacy, security or experience of another member.

CONTENT YOU PROVIDE

You retain ownership of original content and information you provide to Life at Sixty, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

Providing information to Life at Sixty gives us the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display and use that information for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, personalising and improving the services, in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Where you post content within the member community, you give us permission to display that content to the members or other users for whom the relevant community area is intended.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you provide does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.

Your personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

LIFE AT SIXTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for content owned by members or third parties, Life at Sixty and its underlying materials are owned by or licensed to AEAMG PTY LTD.

This includes, where applicable, our software, systems, platform design, branding, written content, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, databases, documentation and other proprietary materials.

Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Life at Sixty services made available to you.

It does not transfer ownership of Life at Sixty intellectual property to you.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorised by us, you must not reproduce, sell, license, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or create unauthorised derivative products from protected Life at Sixty materials.

Your history belongs to you. The Life at Sixty platform and its proprietary systems belong to us.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Life at Sixty is being developed and may change over time.

We may introduce, modify, replace, suspend or discontinue features, content or parts of the service as the platform develops.

We will take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of Life at Sixty, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

Maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet connectivity, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate that change where appropriate.

Life at Sixty is intended to evolve. These Terms do not guarantee that every feature available today will remain unchanged indefinitely.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to Life at Sixty where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • these Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached;

  • another member's safety, privacy or security is threatened;

  • the service is being used unlawfully or fraudulently;

  • there is unauthorised access, misuse or interference with our systems;

  • payment required for a paid service remains outstanding; or

  • suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect Life at Sixty, AEAMG PTY LTD or its members.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before terminating access.

Termination of access does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.

Personal information associated with a terminated account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life at Sixty is provided without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate or suitable for every individual circumstance.

Information and insights provided through Life at Sixty depend partly upon information supplied by you and may contain errors, omissions or interpretations that do not reflect your circumstances.

You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you take.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, these Terms will operate only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss, damage, liability or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Life at Sixty, your serious breach of these Terms, or content you provide that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify AEAMG PTY LTD for loss caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

You and AEAMG PTY LTD submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Life at Sixty will continue to develop, and these Terms may need to change as our services, technology, legal obligations or business operations evolve.

Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify members where appropriate.

The updated Terms will identify the date from which they take effect.

Your continued use of Life at Sixty after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We will not use changes to these Terms to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular Life at Sixty product or service, form the agreement governing your use of those services.

Nothing in these Terms limits representations, guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
